Return and Exchange
How do I exchange a product?
If you would like to exchange an item, you can follow the instructions on our Return and Exchange page, from there you’ll receive a return label to ship back your original order.
When do i receive my refund?
Once your product has been received and inspected, if it meets our Return & Exchange Policy requirements, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days.
The complete inspection and processing process may take approximately 6–9 business days in total. The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and bank.

Sizing and Fit
How do I know if the shoes fit properly?
A comfortable fit can vary from person to person, but your shoes should feel secure without feeling overly tight. The widest part of your foot should sit comfortably within the widest part of the shoe, with no excessive space that could lead to unnecessary creasing.
There should be enough room in the toe area for your toes to move naturally without pressing against the front of the shoe.
When trying on your shoes, make sure they are properly laced so your heel stays comfortably in place without excessive movement. For lace-up styles, the opening should allow enough room to adjust the laces and achieve a secure, comfortable fit.

To find your ideal NAQQSH size, we recommend referring to our Size Guide before placing your order. Simply measure the length of your foot and compare it with the measurements provided in our size chart.
For the most accurate fit, measure both feet and use the measurement of the larger foot when selecting your size.

How do take care of my loafers?
To keep your NAQQSH loafers looking their best, gently wipe them with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth to remove dust and surface marks.
Avoid excessive exposure to water, moisture, direct sunlight, and heat, as these can affect the material and finish of the shoes.
When not in use, store your loafers in a cool, dry place and keep them in their original packaging to help protect them from dust and unnecessary wear.
Avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners, or products not specifically intended for synthetic footwear.
